One of the defining characteristics of the San Jose foothills of West Covina is presently peace and quiet.

Singpoli's proposal includes a huge amphitheater for concerts, beer fests, parties, and corporate events. At Santa Race Track about 185 events like these are hosted every year bringing in at least 330,000 people annually.

In May 2019 one of West Covina's Councilmen announced his intention to have Coachella style music festivals at Singpoli's outdoor amphitheater. Attendance at the Coachella Music Festival is about 125,000 per day.

At times the noise will be deafening.

Since no Singpoli employees live in West Covina, this would not be an issue for them.
